AVARI JEWELLERY RETURNS POLICY

You may return any order within 7 days of receipt of shipment, ONLY if the item(s) you receive has a manufacturing defect or we have sent you an incorrect item. Please be reassured that all orders processed will go through a quality check before postage.

Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours via email at info@avaricouture.com or phone to inform us about the defect. We will try our best to help you where we can and resolve the issue for you.

Each return for defective jewellery will be looked at case by case.

How to return a product to us.

We are unable to offer free returns and would recommend returning the products with some sort of insurance just so that you are able to ensure that the products arrive back safely. The transaction will only be reversed once the goods have arrived back to us.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Avari Couture.


If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn.
  • All Items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must include the original sales receipt.

We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive the item back for your refund to be processed. It may then take 2-3 additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
